Booking & Payments
How do I book a rental?
Select your vehicle or equipment, choose dates, add optional extras, complete checkout, and receive an email confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. Deposits vary by rental type and are refunded after a successful inspection.
Can I cancel my reservation?
30+ days: full refund; 14–29 days: 50% refund; under 14 days: non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Weather-related cancellations may qualify for rescheduling.
Age Requirements
How old do I need to rent?
Jet Skis: 21+, Boats/Camper Vans/Classic Campers/Travel Trailers: 25+, E-Bikes: 18+, Kayaks & Paddle Boards: 18+ or accompanied by an adult.
Camper Vans & Classic Campers
What is included?
Kitchen, refrigerator, sink, water tank, sleeping area, USB charging, and camping essentials depending on the model.
Are pets allowed?
Pet-friendly units are available; cleaning fees may apply.
Can I drive anywhere?
Public roads only. Off-road driving and restricted areas are prohibited.
Can I use a classic camper van for weddings?
Yes. Wedding, chauffeur, decoration, and photography packages are available.
Can I decorate the vehicle?
Temporary decorations only. Adhesives, nails, paint, or permanent modifications are prohibited.
Boats & Jet Skis
Do I need experience?
Experience is recommended. Captain service and safety orientation are available for eligible boats.
Is fuel included?
Fuel policies vary. Fuel prepay packages are available.
Are life jackets included?
Yes. USCG-approved life jackets are included.
Can multiple people ride one jet ski?
Most Yamaha models accommodate up to three riders within manufacturer weight limits.
Where can I ride?
Approved Oregon lakes and waterways only.
Kayaks, SUPs & E-Bikes
Can beginners rent?
Yes. Safety instructions are provided before departure.
How long does an e-bike battery last?
Approximately 30–70 miles depending on terrain, rider weight, and assist level.
Are helmets included?
Yes, at no additional cost.

Yes. Delivery is available across many areas of Oregon for an additional fee.

What happens if damage occurs?
Report it immediately. Our team will assist with inspection and claims.
Do you inspect your fleet?
Every rental is cleaned, inspected, and maintained before each booking.
Is roadside assistance available?
Yes, for eligible rentals.

What if the weather is bad?
If conditions are unsafe, rentals may be rescheduled, credited, or refunded according to policy.
